General Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and abg8 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all products, services, games, and content made available through abg8 and its associated domains, including but not limited to abg8.club.

By creating an account, accessing the abg8 platform, depositing funds, placing a bet, or playing any game made available through abg8, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the abg8 platform and close your account.

abg8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice beyond a notification posted on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the abg8 platform following any amendment constit utes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with abg8's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and abg8.

abg8 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform. All games and betting markets offered on abg8 are provided for entertainment purposes and involve real-money wagering. abg8 does not provide financial services, investment products, or any guarantee of returns. Gambling carries inherent risk; you should only wager amounts you are fully prepared to lose.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access to the abg8 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. abg8 operates a strict 18+ policy with zero exceptions. Individuals under the age of 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing, betting, or playing on abg8 in any capacity.
• You are registering and using the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or trustee for any third party.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing abg8 from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of abg8, nor are you a close family member of any such individual.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme or gambling exclusion list that covers the abg8 platform.

abg8 employs automated and manual age verification processes. Providing false or misleading information in connection with your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of abg8 services — including depositing funds, placing bets, and withdrawing winnings — you must register a personal account on the platform. The following rules apply to the registration and ongoing management of your abg8 account:

One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold one abg8 account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or any other identifying characteristic — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, abg8 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any balances held, and void any outstanding bets or pending withdrawals without prior notice.

Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information current. abg8 may use the information provided to conduct identity verification, fraud prevention checks, and anti-money laundering (AML) screening.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for the security of your abg8 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity carried out through your account while logged in with your credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you personally authorised that activity. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify abg8 support immediately at [email protected].

KYC Verification: abg8 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit documentary evidence of your identity, address, and payment methods at any stage — including before processing your first withdrawal. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality and, ultimately, account closure.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

abg8 supports a range of Bangladeshi payment methods to facilitate fast, convenient BDT transactions for players across Bangladesh. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) with no platform-side currency conversion fees.

Accepted Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, and direct bank transfer via BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier; players should refer to the deposit page for current method-specific limits.

Withdrawal Processing: abg8 targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawal requests that trigger additional KYC review may take longer. abg8 does not guarantee specific processing times but publishes its target timelines in the Help section of the platform.

Payment Method Consistency: For fraud prevention and anti-money laundering compliance, withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. abg8 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal to a payment method not previously used for deposits on the account.

Refused Transactions: abg8 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects to be connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct. In such cases, abg8 will preserve any relevant records and may report the matter to appropriate authorities.

Bonus & Promotional Terms

abg8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP-exclusive promotions. The following general terms apply to all abg8 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to registered, verified players who meet the specific eligibility criteria of each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to Bangladeshi players only. Players who have self-excluded or are subject to account restrictions are not eligible for bonuses.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated timeframe; failure to do so will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time. Depositing while a bonus is active will not trigger an additional bonus unless the active bonus has been fully wagered out or forfeited.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. • Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per spin or round is ৳500 unless stated otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Abuse and Fraud: abg8 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus has been claimed or used in a fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise improper manner. This includes but is not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software or betting strategies designed to exploit bonus mechanics, and collusion between players.
• Modification and Withdrawal: abg8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions that have already been activated by a player will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of activation, subject to these general bonus terms.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a condition of your continued access to abg8, you agree to use the platform lawfully, honestly, and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on abg8 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point — including during registration, KYC verification, or when contacting support.
• Creating or operating more than one abg8 account, whether under the same identity or any alternative identity.
• Using or attempting to use any automated software, bot, script, spider, or other non-human tool to interact with the abg8 platform in any way, including placing bets, navigating the site, or exploiting game mechanics.
• Exploiting any software error, vulnerability, or unintended feature of the abg8 platform for personal gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be reclaimed.
• Colluding with other players, employees, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime using abg8 as a vehicle.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive source code from any part of the abg8 platform.
• Using abg8 to transmit any unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content via any platform communication channel, including live chat and support messaging.
• Accessing abg8 from a jurisdiction in which doing so is expressly prohibited by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the abg8 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, game software, user interface elements, and the overall compilation and arrangement of the platform — is the property of abg8 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

The abg8 name, logo, and all related product names, design marks, and slogans are the trademarks or registered trademarks of abg8. You are not permitted to use any abg8 trademark without prior written authorisation from abg8. Nothing in these Terms or on the platform should be construed as granting any licence or right to use any abg8 trademark.

Game content available on abg8 — including slot games, live casino feeds, and sports data — is provided under licence from third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. All intellectual property rights in that content remain with the respective providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any game content without the express written permission of the relevant rights holder.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the abg8 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to resell, sublicence, commercially exploit, or systematically extract any part of the platform's content.

Account Suspension & Closure

Either you or abg8 may close your abg8 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Player-Initiated Closure: You may request the closure of your abg8 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closing your account, you should withdraw any remaining balance. abg8 will process your closure request within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that if you have outstanding bonus wagering requirements at the time of closure, those bonuses and any associated pending winnings will be forfeited. Account closure is not the same as self-exclusion — if you are closing your account because of a gambling-related concern, please request self-exclusion rather than simple account closure so that appropriate safeguards are applied.

abg8-Initiated Suspension or Closure: abg8 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where abg8 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• Your account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Continued operation of your account would expose abg8 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk;
• You are under the age of 18;
• You have registered multiple accounts on the platform.

Where abg8 closes an account for any of the above reasons, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where funds are determined to have been obtained through fraudulent or prohibited activity, they will be forfeited. Where funds are determined to be legitimately deposited and not connected to any prohibited conduct, abg8 will return them via the player's registered payment method after deducting any amounts owed to the platform.

Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. abg8 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder prior to applying any dormancy charges. Players are encouraged to log in periodically to avoid dormancy classification.
